Clarification of basic arrangements: timing of writers visit,

schedule and logistics cost-sharing language versions Writers conducts desk research based on documents sent by projects

Writer visits country to interview main stakeholders (GDC & partners), beneficiaries etc.

Projects provide support, material, photos etc.

Writer produces first and subsequent drafts in constant exchange with the Managing Editor.

A consolidated draft is at least once commented by the project, the partner, by PROFILE and, sometimes, other GDC experts.

2 external experts on the topic (from UN, academia etc.) review the draft according to 8 criteria: Effective? Transferable? Empowering? Gender-sensitive? Quality of M&E? Innovative? Cost-effective? Sustainable?
