B-LINE unique buoyant water rescue device is only available from Glasdon UK Ltd. The lightweight and streamlined design of B-LINE means that it can be thrown further and more accurately to the victim, increasing the chances of a successful rescue. (Please see diagram below right.) B-Line provides the victim with buoyancy, helping to reduce panic and allowing regular breathing to recommence. They can then be pulled safely ashore.

RESULTS OF SALT SPRAY AND IMPACT-TESTS ON MILD STEEL POLE WITH AND WITHOUT ARMORTEC® COATING

Both poles shown were subjected, firstly to repeated impact with a metal hammer, followed by six months in a salt spray cabinet in the Glasdon Quality Assurance Laboratory.

The salt spray cycle is a very aggressive test, designed to accelerate the corrosion process, to simulate long term weathering in an outdoor environment.
