符合AD+資格的銷售證明文件

符合資格的銷售文件必須清晰地表明業務合作夥伴在銷售過程中推薦 了VMware產品,以及證明說服最終用戶採購VMware產品的內容。 銷售文件需要包含的內容: 所有的文件是由業務夥伴編撰的,在文件中要包括公司的名稱、 LOGO

或公司章

銷售過程中,業務合作夥伴與客戶之間雙向關於VMware產品的溝通證明,例如,來往的電子郵件(客户需要是公司信箱)。

如果客戶為保密單位, 則需要告知原因, 並需要進一步審核

*合作夥伴請在提交Registration後將證明文件e-mail給Kelly Yau ([email protected]),並於信件主旨中註明ORTN及客戶名。VMware在於5個工作天內回覆結果。若證明文件不充足,VMware會通知合作夥伴,並要求於7個工作天內補件。若仍不能符合文件要求,則將拒絕該ORTN。

符合AD+資格的銷售證明文件 (針對政府單位) 針對”政府單位”客戶的AD+銷售文件: • 提供一般標準的銷售文件 (recommendation + two-way) 或 • 提供以下六種文件中的兩種 (必須提供寄送該檔案給客戶的郵件,至少兩封單向郵件):

a. 需求訪談的會議記錄 b. 規劃建議書 c. 回覆客戶RFI的相關資訊 d. POC的計畫書 e. POC result f. 報價單(必須包含VMware產品項目及數量) *文件/郵件內必須包含客戶單位以及專案名稱;檔案的部分必須是由partner編撰的,在文件中要包括公司的名稱、 LOGO或公司章 **VMware產品簡報,公告內容,RFP或是需求規範書不是有效的銷售文件 ***”政府單位”的定義以VMware定義為 EAM2的客戶以及部分在non-named中的政府相關單位 (以.gov的單位為主,VMware保留決定權)

• Partner於系統中提交ORTN時,必須附上以下資訊 (以中文填寫於備註欄):

a.User部門(分公司、局處室、所別、科系)

b.專案名稱

c.規劃的產品規格及數量

d.承辦人姓名及職稱

e.Partner已進行客戶拜訪/討論VMware專案/產品的日期及內容

• Partner補充文件的時間改為7個工作天內完成。

• Partner於系統中提交ORTN的當天提供至少一項有效銷售文件。

經銷商夥伴(Reseller)如何獲得獎勵積分

• SPIFFs 通過銷售每季度的 SPIFFs 產品以獲得積分,包含新客戶SPIFFs 和產品SPIFF。

• Advantage+ 銷售 在 advantage+ 中註冊您的商機,取得ORAN,並且使用該ORAN完成下單流程後將可獲得獎勵積分。如果在ORTN中填寫了主要銷售連絡人電子郵件(Primary Sales Contact email) ,則通過Advantage+ 完成的訂單將分配給該電子郵件的聯絡人,由該聯絡人提出申請;如果未列出主要銷售連絡人電子郵件,則分配給提交ORTN的用戶。
