Below is a list of devices designed to prevent percutaneous injuriesand exposures to bloodborne pathogens in the health care setting. Thelist is updated regularly with new products. It is intended to helphealth care facilities in their efforts to reduce sharps injuries andcomply with OSHA's revised bloodborne pathogens standard.

This list is not intended to be exhaustive and does not necessarilyrepresent all such devices currently on the market. The InternationalHealthcare Worker Safety Center does not conduct productevaluations, and inclusion on this list is not, and should not beinterpreted as, an endorsement by the Center. We welcomeinformation about, and samples of, new products designed to preventbloodborne pathogen exposures.
