COMPANY PROFILE

Since 2008, Ely Gold & Minerals has focused onthe development of high quality gold propertiesin Nevada. The Mt Hamilton project waspurchased, developed and permitted in a jointventure partnership. In 2015, Ely Gold sold itsinterest for US$6,000,000. Since 2013, Ely Goldhas been developing the Green Springs Projectin Nevada. Through its 100% owned NevadaSelect Royalty, Inc. (NSR), it purchased theassets of Nevada Eagle in May 2016. It currentlyowns a 100% interest in 21 highly prospective,un-encumbered precious metals properties inNevada and the western United States.
