Sep 2 : Select the red-marked checkbox and click ‘Proceed’

Step 5: Fill in the text fields e.g. 11 character long Application Form No. (C14XXXXXXXX), Name etc. and

Click ‘Submit’ button.

Step 6: Click ‘Confirm’

Step 7: Select the mode of payment. For payment through Netbanking / Credit Card / Debit Card,

choose your suitable option. For payment by cash in any State Bank of India branch, click ‘SBI BRANCH’ (red

circle)

Step 8: This page is displayed when you want to pay through State Bank ATM-CUM-DEBIT card. Enter thr

necessary information of your card in this page and click the ‘Pay’ button which will take you to a page where

your secure password will be verified and your payment process will be successfully completed. After payment,

print e-receipt from State Bank Collect under “payment History’ option.

Step 9 : This page is displayed when you want to pay through ‘State Bank BRANCH’.Click the link‘Click

here to save....’to generate the Pre Acknowledgement Payment Form which,along with the cash shown in the

aforesaid Payment Form,will be accepted in any branch of State Bank of India.A sample of the Pre

Acknowledgement Payment Form is shown in the next page.
