Our Mission: The Parkinson Council provides financial support for local nonprofits and institutions dedicated to improving the quality of life for Parkinson’s patients, caregivers and their families.

Inspired by Dan’s cousin Steve Waxman who had Parkinson’s disease, the Forman’s began volunteering with The Parkinson Council over eight years ago. Their connection with the Council deepened as Dan, Senior Vice President – Investments with UBS Financial Services, joined the Board of Directors in 2005 and became President in 2010. This was truly a family commitment for the Formans as demonstrated by Lauren, who began as a Golf Classic volunteer and quickly increased her responsibility to include coordinating the event’s volunteers.
