1. Open enrollment for 2021 benefits begins October 30 and ends November 14.

This means that if you want medical or dental for 2021, you must login to UltiPro and choose what you want for medical and dental for 2021. If you do not make an election for medical or dental for 2021, you will not have 2021 coverage.

Regardless of the medical plan you choose, if you get your annual physical exam anytime between November 1, 2020 and October 31, 2021, you will be rewarded with a VISA $50 healthy choices gift card!
If you get your annual physical exam and one or more of the routine preventative services listed below, your name will be entered into a drawing to receive a VISA $100 healthy choices gift card (1 entry per employee).
- Flu Shot- Colonoscopy- Mammogram- PSA Screening (Prostrate-Specific Antigen Test)- PAP Test
For 2021, you have the option to elect one of two medical plans: Plan “A” or Plan “B”.
- If you choose PLAN A: your payroll deduction will be lower, but your deductible, co-pays, and out of pocket maximum will be higher
- If you choose PLAN B: your payroll deduction will be higher, but your deductible, co-pays, and out of pocket maximum will be lower

Q. What do I need to do right now?
A. Log in to UltiPro and make sure your home address is correct. If it is not correct, make the change ASAP. The Open Enrollment Guide will soon be mailed to your home address, so please make sure your home address is correct in UltiPro.
If you do NOT have a Goodwill email address, the Guide will also be emailed to the personal email address that is in UltiPro. Please make sure your personal email address is correct.
Q. During open enrollment, if I do nothing in UltiPro, will my current medical and dental bene-fits automatically rollover to 2021?
A. NO, your current medical and dental elections will NOT automatically rollover to 2021. If you want medical, dental, (or Flexible Spending) for 2021, you MUST log in to UltiPro and enroll. If you do not log in and choose medical or dental for 2021, you will not have those benefits for 2021.

Q: Is this the only information I will receive about Open Enrollment and 2021 benefits?
A. No, this is the first of several other communications you will receive about 2021 Open Enrollment. You will soon receive an Open Enrollment Guide that will have detailed information about how to enroll, rates, and important information about all 2021 benefit offerings.
Q. Will the Open Enrollment Guide also be emailed to me?
A. YES! If you have a Goodwill email address, the Guide will be emailed to your Goodwill email. If you do NOT have a Goodwill email address, the Guide will be emailed to your personal email address that is in UltiPro. Please log in to UltiPro and make sure your personal email address is correct.
Q. How do I enroll for medical and dental coverage for 2021?
A. During the Open Enrollment period, benefit eligible employees who want to have medical and/or dental coverage for 2021 MUST login to UltiPro to elect the Plan A or Plan B medical plan. If you do not login to UltiPro and choose a medical and/or dental for 2021, you will not have coverage!
Medical, Dental, and Flexible Spending Accounts do NOT rollover from 2020 to 2021!
Q. When will I get information about the other benefits for 2021 such as dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and Flexible Spending Accounts?
A. Information about ALL benefit options will be in the Open Enrollment Guide that will be mailed to your home address and also emailed to you (at Goodwill email or personal email). This announce-ment is to give you the dates for open enrollment and let you know that for 2021, medical and dental (along with Flexible Spending Accounts) will NOT rollover and you must enroll for those benefits if you want them for 2021.
