(a) by section 4(5)(a) of the Local Authorities Act, 1992 (Act 23 of 1992), I hereby abolish the following village councils specified in column 2 of Schedule 3 to that Act, namely -

(i) Ariamsvlei;

(ii) Griinau;

(iii) Kalkfeld;

(iv) Noordoewer; and

(v) Warmbad

councils abolished under paragraph (a) to be settlement areas as defined in section 1 of the Regional Councils Act, 1992 (Act 22 of 1992), and determine that all the provisions of section 31 (2) of the latter Act shall apply in respect of such settlement areas; and

(c) by section 4(6) ofthe said Act, I hereby substitute the following schedule for Schedule 3 to that Act:

In terms of section 16(3) of the Roads Ordinance, 1972 (Ordinance 17 of 1972), it is hereby made known that application has been made to the Chairperson of the Roads Board of Gobabis that a portion of farm road 1625 described'in paragraph (a) of the Schedule and shown on sketch-map P1561 by the symbols A-B-C-D, be deviated from the route so described and shown, to the route described in paragraph (b) of the Schedule and shown on sketch-map P1561 by the symbols D-E-F-G.

Under section 19(2) of the Export Processing Zones Act, 1995 (Act 9 of 1995), and in consultation with the Minister of Finance and the local authority of Walvis Bay, I hereby determine the location and extent, and define the boundaries, of the area of the Walvis Bay Export Processing Zone established by section 19( 1) of that Act, as follows:
