Court in CWP no. 1640 of 2008 decided on 06.11.2012 titled as Kartar Singh

Versus Union of India and others cited in 2013(1) RSJ 224.

5. If any discrepancy regarding not fulfilling the essential qualifications as

prescribed in the 'Haryana State Education School Cadre (Group B) Service

Rules, 2012', the said incumbent(s) shall be reverted without issuing any

notice.

6. In the case of candidates whose inter se seniority as PGT/ Lecturer is not

available in the database, then such candidates will be suitably placed by

determining their inter se seniority as PGT/ Lecturer and will be assigned

subsequent seniority in the corresponding Principal seniority list

accordingly.

7. If subsequently any senior person becomes eligible for promotion due to

availability of ACRs or other records, then in that eventuality, he/she shall

be treated as senior to any promoted junior candidate, even if promoted

later.

Leadership training to be imparted through Teacher Education Institutions

Court in CWP no. 1640 of 2008 decided on 06.11.2012 titled as Kartar Singh

Versus Union of India and others cited in 2013(1) RSJ 224.

5. If any discrepancy regarding not fulfilling the essential qualifications as

prescribed in the 'Haryana State Education School Cadre (Group B) Service

Rules, 2012', the said incumbent(s) shall be reverted without issuing any notice.

6. In the case of candidates whose inter se seniority as PGT/ Lecturer is not

available in the database, then such candidates will be suitably placed by

determining their inter se seniority as PGT/ Lecturer and will be assigned

subsequent seniority in the corresponding Principal seniority list accordingly.

5. If any discrepancy regarding not fulfilling the essential qualifications as

prescribed in the 'Haryana State Education School Cadre (Group B) Service

Rules, 2012', the said incumbent(s) shall be reverted without issuing any

notice.

6. In the case of candidates whose inter se seniority as PGT/ Lecturer is not

available in the database, then such candidates will be suitably placed by

determining their inter se seniority as PGT/ Lecturer and will be assigned

subsequent seniority in the corresponding Principal seniority list

7. If subsequently any senior person becomes eligible for promotion due to

availability of ACRs or other records, then in that eventuality, he/she shall
