PROVISIONAL SELECT LIST

1. In pursuance to the Notification dated:29 .08.2019 cited at reference-l , recruitment

process to fill up 40 posts of Spl. Reserve Sub-Inspector (KSRP) (Men) (Non-Hyderabad-

Kamataka) including In-Service was initiated. After completing the recruitment process as per

all the procedures laid down in the Cadre and Recruitment Rule, 2009, Provisional Select List

was published cited at reference-2.

2. Eleven candidates who were selected for more than one post i.e., Sub-Inspector of

Police (Civil) 1 Armed Reserve Sub-Inspector (CARlDAR) and Spl. Reserve Sub-Inspector

(KSRP) namely Sri. Bharatesh Patil, Sri. Dasharatha, Sri Eshwara M N, Sri. Kiran. M M, Sri.

Narasimha Murthy M, Sri. Naveena M K, Sri. Ranganatha N, Sri. Ravinaik Lambani, Sri.

Thippeswamy K P., & Sri Shashikumar Kudagi have expressed their unwillingness to join the

post of Spl.RSI (KSRP) as per their affidavits cited at reference-3. Accordingly, considering

the request of the above ten candidates, their candidature was cancelled vide order No. 86/Rect-

2/2019-20, dated:23.06.2020.

3. Due to the cancellation of candidature of Ten candidates, ten posts in Spl. Reserve Sub-

Inspector have remained unfilled. In order to fill up the ten posts this Provisional Select List is

being published with the following conditions.

d) This list is subject to the outcome of the results in the medical examination to be held

by a Medical Board constituted as per the rules.

e) The fact that the name of the candidate figures in this list does not give him any legal

right for appointment to the post which will be dependent on the aforesaid conditions.

f) This select list is subject to the final decision of the Hon'ble Kamataka State

Administrative Tribunal! Hon'ble High Court of Kamataka / Hon'ble Supreme Court of

India.
