The ad -hoc se rv ice s o f Multi Task ing S ta ff (House Keep ing) m entioned in the
annexu re who w ere appo in ted v ide th is d epa rtm en t's M em orandum re ferred to aga in st
them are reg u larized w ith effect from the date of th e ir in itia l appo intm ent on
ad-hoc basis.
2. Ind iv idua l o rders m ay be issued to them by the Heads of D epartm en t/O ffice
concerned appo in ting them on regu la r but on tem po ra ry bas is w ith effect from the
in itia l date of th e ir jo in in g in the post o f Multi Task ing S ta ff (House Keep ing). Necessary
orders p lac ing them on deem ed probation and sa tis fa c to ry com p le tion the reo f m ay be
issued by the Heads of D epartm en t/ O ffice concerned in acco rdance w ith the
o rde rs/ in s tru c tion s o f the G ove rnm en t in th is regard. If any of the Head of Departm ent/
O ffice faces any d ifficu lty in regu la riz ing the se rv ice s o f the o ffic ia ls g iven in the
annexure , the sam e m ay be reported to th is depa rtm en t im m ed ia te ly .
3. The Heads o f D epartm en t/O ffice concerned sha ll ensu re tha t em p loyees are in
se rv ice and they are not unde r suspension /no d isc ip lin a ry p roceed ings are pending
against them before issu ing regu la risa tion orders.
4. In case any o f the MTS (House Keep ing) em p loyee shown in the annexu re is not
w ork ing at p re sen t in the O ffice as ind icated aga inst th e ir nam e, a copy o f th is
I.D .N o te /M em orandum m ay be sent to the D epartm en t/ O ffice w here she has been
transfe rred / is w ork ing a t p resen t under in tim a tion to th is D epartm ent.
5. The regu la risa tion o rd e r shou ld be issued as ea rly as poss ib le and a copy o f the
ind iv idua l o rde rs issued by the Head o f D epartm en t / O ffice shou ld be endorsed to th is
Departm ent.
