Under Rule 9(a) of the State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, M GOPAL, a candidate, who has worked as Workshop Attendant in MECHANICAL on contract basis in the A.Y. 2016-17, is re-engaged as Contract Workshop Attendant in MECHANICAL and posted at GPT HYDERABAD for the Academic Year 2017-18. 2. He / She is informed that his/her engaging as Contract Workshop Attendant in Polytechnic as ordered above, is purely temporary and he / she shall not be regarded as a member of the service, in which the post falls under and to which he/she is re-engaged, and shall not be entitled by reason, only of such re-engagement, to any preferential right to any other appointment in that or in any other service and he/she is liable to be terminated even before the completion of the contract period, in the event of appointment of candidates selected and allotted by the TSPSC/RECRUITING AGENCY. 3. He / She will be paid a consolidated amount of Rs.11,550 /- per month.

4. His / Her engagement ordered above is subject to the following conditions:

a) The contract engagement, now ordered is liable to be terminated even before completion of their contract period, in the event of appointment of candidates selected and allotted by TSPSC/RECRUITING AGENCY.

b) The tenure of engagement of contract shall be from the date of reporting for duty to till the end of the A.Y.2017-18 or till the joining of the regular Workshop Attendant selected by the TSPSC/RECRUITING AGENCY, regularisation of services, if any, whichever is earlier.

c) The place of his / her posting will be treated as his / her Head Quarter and it shall be mandatory for him / her to reside at the said Head Quarters.

d) His / Her working hours will be same as the regular employees.

e) Subject to the overall right of the Department to terminate the contract on giving one month’s notice or pay in lieu thereof, he / she shall be subject to disciplinary control in accordance with the provisions of A.P. Civil Service (CCA) Rules 1991.

f) The appointment is subject to the outcome of any cases in the matter pending before the Hon’ble A.P.A.T./High Court, Hyderabad.

g) He / She is not entitled to any renewal or extension or continuation of the contract on any ground unless he/she has fulfilled performance benchmarks: he/she puts up 90% of attendance and puts up documentary evidence of having conducted slip tests/remedial classes in the A.Y.2017-18 and achieved not less than 50% pass in the subjects taught by him/her in the A.Y. 2017-18.

h) He / She will not be entitled to any other allowances or benefits such as D.A., H.R.A., L.T.C. and Medical Treatment / Reimbursement, Pension, etc., except the consolidated amount mentioned above. He/She is entitled to casual leave on par with regular employees in the Department (on pro rata basis) and not entitled to any other kind of leave namely Earned Leave, Half-Pay Leave and Medical Leave, etc.

i) He / She should report at the place of his / her posting at his / her own cost, on or before dt.05.10.2017.

5. He / She shall execute an agreement in the proforma enclosed on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.110/- (Rupees One Hundred and Ten only) with two witnesses and furnish the same to the Principal of the Polytechnic concerned at the time of reporting for duty, agreeing to the terms and conditions of the contract.

6. The receipt of the proceedings may please be acknowledged.

Under Rule 9(a) of the State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, P SHESHI MOULI, a candidate, who has worked as Workshop Attendant in FITTER on contract basis in the A.Y. 2016-17, is re-engaged as Contract Workshop Attendant in FITTER and posted at GPW PEBBAIR for the Academic Year 2017-18. 2. He / She is informed that his/her engaging as Contract Workshop Attendant in Polytechnic as ordered above, is purely temporary and he / she shall not be regarded as a member of the service, in which the post falls under and to which he/she is re-engaged, and shall not be entitled by reason, only of such re-engagement, to any preferential right to any other appointment in that or in any other service and he/she is liable to be terminated even before the completion of the contract period, in the event of appointment of candidates selected and allotted by the TSPSC/RECRUITING AGENCY. 3. He / She will be paid a consolidated amount of Rs.11,550 /- per month.
