Prayer Before Worship

Heavenly Father, like Adam and Eve we often listen to the wrong voice, turning away from your Word. We are shamed by our disobedience, our deafness, our limited ability to do the right thing at the right time, or even sometimes to know what is the right thing and the right time. Forgive us Lord, for we are weak. We pray and ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

SUNDAY BIBLE STUDIES

“Stuff They Didn’t Teach Me in Sunday School - Through Palm Sunday,

we will be using individual lessons from: “Stuff They Didn’t Teach

Me in Sunday School “ by Bruce Wurdeman, a retired Executive Di-

rector of Lutheran Hour Ministries. These lessons will focus on Jesus’

ministry while on His way to the Cross and Resurrection.

we discover and/or rediscover the privilege and responsibility of belonging

GRACE GANG

Grace Gang studied John 11:1-44 where Jesus brought Lazarus back to life after he had been buried in a tomb for four days. This story reminds us that Jesus has power over death. Jesus said: “I am the Resurrection and the Life.” Jesus died on the cross for our sins and gives eternal life to those who believe in Him.

LENTEN WORSHIP SERVICE AND SOUP SUPPER

Join us each Wednesday at 7:00pm as we reflect on the Sacrifice Jesus made for us on the Cross. Join us for Soup Supper and Fellowship before Worship at 6:00pm in the Family Life Center. Please sign up to bring soup. Sign up sheet is located on the bulletin board in the Gathering Room. Thank you!
