NUI Maynooth Graduation Ball

This years Graduation Ball will take place on the 8th September at the Westgrove Hotel, Clane,

Co. Kildare. To view the graduation ball venue www.westgrovehotel.com and to reserve a room

(twin/double €82 per night) please contact 045 989900.

If you wish to attend please fill out the attached form and return it with payment to NUIM Students’

Union or call into the Students’ Union Office.

Tickets are priced €45.00. Payment may be made by cheque or postal order to Maynooth

Students’ Union and returned with tear off section below. (Note: cash is accepted if you call in to

the office in person).

Anybody who purchases their tickets before 30th

June 2012 will be entered into a draw for a

complementary room at the Westgrove on the night of the Ball.

If you wish to travel to the hotel from Maynooth, the bus will leave the Students’ Union at 7pm.

Tickets cost €10.

A Stamped Addressed Envelope must be enclosed if you wish tickets to be returned by post.

No deposits will be accepted. Tickets must be paid for in full.

Please contact the Westgrove Hotel, on 045 989900 if you have any special dietary requirements.

As tickets are expected to go quickly it is advised that you apply as soon as possible. Only full

payment will guarantee your ticket.
