To whom it may concern:

I had the pleasure of supervising Ryan Wright in the role of intern for the Managed Services Practice of

an Oracle consultancy and hosting company, Business Technology Inc (Biztech). As the director of the

practice which includes a total of 15 persons, I oversee the daily activities of a group responsible for

operating a hosting service for Oracle software suites for approximately 20 companies, including

several fortune 500 companies.

During his internship, Ryan was engaged with the practice in multiple ways, from assisting systems

personnel as they managed the many hundreds of servers that Biztech has deployed to configuring and

contributing to the online documentation system deployed by Biztech.

Ryan's greatest accomplishment was a complete rewrite of the Biztech operations guide, which details

the services and entitlements granted to customers. He was individually responsible for creating a new

series of documents describing the multiple services that Biztech deploys.

During this effort I found Ryan to be competent, personally motivated, meticulous and thorough in his

work. His work was top notch and complete. I would gladly work with him again and recommend him

heartily to anyone considering him for employment.
