STEP ONE: MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

Tour tickets are $60.00 per person, payable by check or credit card. Ticket includes one hourhosted tour of the house, self guided tour of the grounds, one copy of the Great House Guide2012 per ticket and reception.

Lecture tickets are $40.00 per person, payable by check or credit card. Learn about the

architecture, history, and owners of the house. Lecture by Michael P. Kelley, President, AFC Board ofTrustees and KZF Design, Vice President and Director of Interior Design, IIDA, LEED AP, CID.Lecture at 5:30pm in the house.

Lecture tickets available only with tour ticket purchase.

In consideration of permission granted to the undersigned to enter andtour the land and buildings known as the Hanna/Barrett property, 2581Grandin

Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45208 (the Premises), which permission is given as acourtesy to me (us) and for my (our) benefit only, I (we) agree for myself(ourselves) and for my (our) heirs, executors and personal representatives that I(we) do release and forever discharge (a) Architectural Foundation ofCincinnati, Inc.(the Foundation), (b) the owner of the Premises (Owner), and(c) the agents, employees and contractors of the Foundation and the Owner,respectively, and the heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns ofany of the foregoing (collectively, the Released Parties) from all manner ofclaims, liabilities, suits, actions or causes of action which I (we) now have orwhich I (we) or my (our) heirs, executors or personal representatives in the futurecan, shall, or may have, against any of the Released Parties because of bodily

injury or damage to property which I (we) may suffer while on the Premises, andwhether or not such injury or damage may be due to the act or negligence of anyof the Released Parties; it is understood that I (we) accept full responsibility forthe above mentioned risks. I (we) understand and acknowledge that the tour ofthe Premises includes stairs, uneven grades and other hazards and that I (we)are entering the Premises with full knowledge of such risks and at my (our) ownrisk.

KEEP THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION

AFC GREAT HOUSE TOUR 2012 NOVEMBER 18, 2012

PLEASE BE SURE TO BRING AND BRING YOUR EMAIL TICKET FOREVENT CHECK IN AT THE PARKING LOT.

Parking will be at the Summit Country Day parking lot, 2161 GrandinRoad, Cincinnati, 45208. There is no parking at the tour house nor onthe street near the house.

Guests will be taken to the tour house via shuttle buses. The buses will

run from parking lot to house and back again approximately every 30minutes.

First trip from parking lot to house at 12:45, last trip from house to lotat 6:30.

Please arrive at the parking lot 30 minutes before your tour time forcheck in and shuttle bus boarding.

All guests will be asked to show a photo ID before entering the house.

There is no photography permitted in the house or on the grounds.
