The new SACCO 2750 is thelargest oil lubricated vacuumpump in
the SAC program.
The second largest pumphas around half the capacityof the 2750
litres air suppliedby this new pump.
Thus SACCO 2750 has noproblem supplying the vacu-um capacity
needed for a 2 x17 place milking parlour.
To many producers thismeans that the pump cansupply the extra
capacity
needed to ensure constantand economic operation ofthe milking
parlour.

development of thisnew pump. Vacuum pumpsmust be serviced once a
yearif they are to maintain theirvacuum capacity.

technician canremove the discs, inspectthem and if necessary
replacethem.

2 x lifetime
A vacuum pump typicallyruns for many hours everyday, thus the
total lifetime ofthe pump is an important partof the operating
economy.Wear of the stator is often thedirect cause for
replacementof a vacuum pump.
The SACCO 2750 vacuum pump is equipped with
an adjustable stator, which can be reset in order for
the pump to be sealed and have maximum effect.
The adjustable stator increa-ses the overall lifetime to atleast
twice that of other vacu-um pumps.

To milk producers who wantto make optimal use of thepump’s
capacity with mini-mum power consumption, itis a great advantage to
useSAC’s frequency regulation,which regulates the operationof the
vacuum pump exactlyaccording to the actual vacu-um need created by
the num-ber of milk clusters in use.
This helps reduce powerconsumption to approximate-ly half, and
prolong the lifeti-me of the pump as it opera-tes at a
significantly lowernumber of revolutions.
Oil remover
The SACCO 2750 can be fit-ted with an oil remover on theexhaust
pipe. The oil remo-ver collects 90% of the oil ina container, which
can hold18 litres.
2 sizes
The pump comes with a 7.5kW or a 5.5 kW motor andproduces
respectively 2750or 2000l/min.

Replacement of the discs is done through the inspection
hatch.
