Cashier promoted to Supervisor promoted to Assistant Manager then to final position as General Manager
As General Manager oversee entire operation of a 299-seat restaurant with up to 40 employees, including 7 managers. Responsible for maintaining management systems that are detailed, organized and professional to ensure food quality, safety, fast service, and cleanliness. This provides customers with an optimal brand experience with consistency in order to drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Responsible for fiscal management including profits, budgets, cost control, reports, and payroll. Oversee scheduling and complete the managers’ schedules. Handle human resources including hiring, firing and training. Responsible for front and back-of-the-house operations, purchasing, inventory, housekeeping, maintenance, local store marketing, and weekly meetings with managers.
