METHOD
1. Blend: Get your blender at the ready and place all the ingredients into it and only half of the chia seeds. Add a handful of ice cubes and protein powder (if using) and blend away.
2. Serve: Serve your smoothies into large glasses and sprinkle the remaining chia seeds onto. Drink away!
