Monique Walker of DCF called to advise, Tia turned herself

in back in Dec and was placed back with her mother for a

stable home because of her current condition. Montague PD

will be advised to remove her from the system as missing.

Spoke with RP, who reported that a neighbor (Tina Gary) told

the RP's children that she was a drug user, which upset RP.

Stated this has been an ongoing problem between her andneighbor. I advised RP of HPO options at this time and she

stated she would consider it if problems persisted. Spoke to

Gary, who had different version of story, but also admitted

to ongoing problem with RP. Gary stated she is moving out of

residence at the end of February. Also dealt with issue

involving 15-year old daughter who present in the home at

this time and listed as a runaway/missing in NCIC. Confirmed

Mother called advising that she spoke with someone at the

hospital who advised her that her son was there. Mother had

no further information as to who transported him there or if

he checked himself in voluntarily. 129 and 133 advised.

RP reports her 23-year old son left the residence very

distraught over just breaking up with his girlfriend and

not being able to retrieve his personal belongings from her

until tomorrow. Reports son has history of mental health and

has refused to take his medication for past 2-3 weeks. No Q5

statements made. RP would just like welfare check done if

located. Area search conducted but not found. Was advised

later in shift that Dispatch contacted by RP, advising son

was at the hospital. Nothing further needed.

Narrative:

At this time, GPD dispatch and MPD dispatch have each taken

2 calls from this caller, same phone #, but gave a different

name each time. Names given were John Walters, Ralph Mantros

(sp?), Ronald Carlonto (sp?), and Juan Carlota. During the

last call the RP provided a DOB of 06/29/85 and a calling

location of a friends house in Millers located at "13 Shady

Lane". When asked to describe where the house is located,

house was described as a yellow house on a side street past

Carroll's Market, same side of the street, after you go over

the RR tracks, before the bridge that connects with Erving

before the papermill. No houses in the area described but

MPD was advised and will run this description by the on duty

officers to see if it matches anything in the general area.

Caller reports three males are in a newer model black Honda

Accord and are heading from Millers Falls to the Dunkin

Donuts by the rotory to rob them. First names of Mike,

Darryl and Gerald.RP claims that all three are armed with

semi-automatic handguns.

Info given to Montague PD and Shel Control.

Selective search performed for the caller's phone # from the

past 2 years. Only result aside from today's calls show the

attached to "Scott Fernberg" of CT from 07/08/13. MPD

checked this name against their records for any connection

to MF, negative matches on file.
