The Hitachi Solar Inverter is a Grid Tied (GT) Solar Inverter

with reactive power control and high efficiency, which is

the heart of the Solar Power Generating System. It

converts DC power generated by the Photovoltaic (Solar)

Array to AC power that is fed to the Utility Power Grid

System. The Hitachi Solar Inverter is fully compatible with

thin film and / or crystalline PV modules. With proper

maintenance and parts replacement on schedule it has an

operating life upto 25 years.

As a part of Hitachi Group Company, Hitachi Hi-Rel Power

Electronics Pvt. Ltd (HHPE) is manufacturing Grid Tied

Solar Inverters in India based on the contemporary

technology of Hitachi Ltd, Japan. It brings reliable

products supported by very high quality standards,

HIVERTER NP 201i, Hitachi Solar Series are

among the best available GT Solar Inverters that are

suitable for Multi-Megawatt Solar Power Plants. The

transformer-less design and 3-level PWM technology

improves the efficiency of the system to 98.7%. The

Inverter has a compact design and lower weight for ease of

installation, repair and maintenance. The large touch

screen display collects real-time data and provides fault

detection diagnostics to ensure faster retrieval of

information for corrective action.

Output Power Limiting FunctionWhen the Hitachi inverter output exceeds its maximum value, the input power drawn will be adjusted to prevent the inverter from being overloaded.

PV Input Controlled Stand-by Functiona. When the DC input power or voltage reduces due to decrease in solar irradiation or any other causes, the Inverter goes into stand-by mode with its inverter switching functions turned off automatically. In this case, the DC switchgear will be closed.

b. Upon recovery of the DC input the Inverter switching operation will be restored automatically.
