GROUP BOOKINGS

Get discounted tickets for groups of 20 people or more when booking an in-season film in advance.

Perfect for fundraisers, social groups, clubs or special events.

Seating is reserved for you and your guests, and you will be sharing the cinema with the general public. Group bookings are available daily.

$11 per person*

*A minimum of 20 guests is required


PRIVATE HIRE

If your group is likely to fill one of our cinemas, or you’re after a more VIP feel, we can arrange a private screening for you.

Ideal for fundraisers, film premieres, corporate presentations, conferences, social groups, clubs or special events. Private hires have the option to view a current season film, a classic film or a private presentation. Films that are not in-season may incur additional costs.

Get exclusive use of the cinema for a 2.5-hour block. Additional time can be negotiated – extra fees apply.

*A projectionist fee of $150 is also added to all external content hires. The above costs are inclusive of GST.


Seating capacities will vary to adhere to any current government regulations. Prices will adjust to reflect.

CHILDREN’S BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Make your child feel like a silver screen star! We offer children’s birthday party packages to groups of 20 people or more when booking an in-season film in advance.

Every birthday child gets their name on the outdoor marquee sign above the cinema entrance.

Seating is reserved for you and your guests, and you will be sharing the cinema with the general public.


Cake Cutting Area*

Our cake cutting area is available to hire for up to an hour after your movie at the cost of $75, subject to availability. It includes a roped-off area and a table on which to cut your cake.

*Candles and sparklers are not permitted.

CLASSIC PARTY PACKAGE$19.50 per person

• Includes a ticket to your chosen film with reserved seating.

• A Mini Combo delivered to your group once seated.

• Mini Combo includes a small popcorn and soft drink/bottled water.

DELUXE PARTY PACKAGE$23 per person

RITZ BAR

Our beautiful Ritz Bar and balcony is available for hire to small and large groups for any occasion with or without a film screening.

Stocked with only the best NSW beers and wines, and your favourite cinema snacks, the Ritz Bar is a sun-soaked spot to treat yourself to a refreshing drink in the heart of Randwick.


PRIVATE BAR HIRE

• The Ritz Bar can be hired out exclusively for your event and has the capacity for approximately 130 people (standing).

• Exclusive use of the bar has a minimum spend on beverages of $800 per hour (or part thereof) subject to availability.

• Available Sunday – Thursday. For Fridays and Saturdays please contact our events team for a quote.

*Additional staffing costs may occur.

RESERVED BAR AREA

• The Ritz Bar is also available to smaller groups (20–50 guests) who wish to reserve an area on Sunday through Thursday.

• To reserve a section of the Ritz Bar, there’s a minimum spend on beverages of $400 per hour (or part thereof) subject to availability.

• Available Sunday – Thursday. For Fridays and Saturdays please contact our events team for a quote.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

CancellationAny cancelled bookings within 10 days of the event will incur a $200 cancellation fee.

ClassificationAny screening of unclassified material must conform to the conditions of the Classification scheme. It is the responsibility of the organiser to conform to the Classification Act. Please visit www.classification.gov.au for more information.

Guest Behavior & DamageWe reserve the right to charge for any property damage that may arise during your event. We accept no responsibility for injury, harm or personal damage caused by your guests’ behaviour. All responsibility for the care and safety for all persons and belongings within your group lies solely on the organiser. You, as the organiser, should ensure that there is adequate supervision and care provided to your guests. Should you be approached by a staff member concerning the behaviour of the group, we ask that you take their direction and instruction for the safety, security and comfort of your group and other patrons.

Given that this cinema is a place of high-level people traffic, we request that you always adopt and adhere to the following Code of Conduct:We ask that all guests keep noise to a minimum. When in the cinema, please always keep children seated. If a child wishes to visit the lavatories, we insist that they be escorted by a supervising adult from your party. Please do not ask cinema staff to supervise or mind any children that are under your care and responsibility.

Please note: • Our Cinema offers scrumptious cold and hot food for you to enjoy. As a

result a ‘corkage’ type fee per person will apply if external food is brought into the cinema. Enquire if you are interested in seeing a full item menu.

• Having naked flame in our foyer or cinemas contravenes our fire safety plan and will trigger our alarm. Candles and sparklers are not permitted.
