Group Sales Policy Terms & Conditions: Group discount is per person, group deposit is $50 per stateroom ($25 per person). Tour conductor credit is based on the average cruise only fare. Earn 1 Tour Conductor berth (credit) for every 9 full fare* berths booked, credit applies to the 10th berth. Tour conductor credit can be applied as a credit to the voyage fare on one or more of the group’s bookings. Tour conductor credit can also be applied to the group as additional commission. If paid as additional commission, the amount will be paid on a net basis and paid after the cruise departs. Theme group policy does not apply to partial or full-ship charters. Theme Group requests must be made at time of group contract. Theme groups requires a minimum of 20 full fare paying guests to receive the 2 free private group tours. If the number of guests drops below the minimum of 20 at time of sailing, the private theme tours will be subject to an additional charge. FAM rate and/or Tour Conductor berth staterooms do not qualify as full paying guests. The 2 private excursions must be booked prior to embarkation and will replace the standard included excursions taking place at the same date and time. GROUP AMENITY PROGRAMAVAILABLE ON SELECT WINE AND HOLIDAY CRUISES

Group Amenity Program Terms & Conditions: All Wine cruises (excluding Portugal) sailing March through April 15 and November; and Holiday cruises receive 1 Group Amenity Point per stateroom. A minimum of 5 double occupancy bookings must be booked within the group. If Travel Agent escort at an agent rate is selected, then no other amenities may be selected for the group. Group Amenity Points are valid through sailing date. Selection of group amenities must be confirmed 90 days or more prior to sailing and cannot be changed after selection has been made. The Travel Agent escort stateroom is limited to 1 per group and is only applicable to the stateroom the travel agent will be occupying. The Travel Agent escorted rate is $890 for travel agent and $1,090 for traveling companion for base category stateroom. Upgrades are available at 50% of the brochure upgrade price; eligibility for upgrades will be reviewed within 60 days of departure. If the agent stateroom is for a single occupancy, single supplement rates will apply. $50 onboard credit amenity is per stateroom based on double occupancy, solo travelers receive half.
