HANDSHAKE MAINTENANCEMoisturizing aromatherapy paraffin helps prepare the hands for meeting and greeting during your convention.

GUIDED MEDITATIONCreate the perfect break or beginning for a busy day for your attendees. Our guided relaxation journeys will renew participants for their

next session allowing them to better focus and retain the information that you are giving them.

PICK-ME-UPA high energy but easy and fun stretch that will re-energize the body, clear the mind, and enliven the soul, preparing the audience for

AROMATHERAPY CHAIR MASSAGEBring the spa to your event by offering on-site chair massages to your attendees. This rejuvenating break will help increase the

productivity, enjoyment, and awareness for your attendees. Times for each chair massage can range from 5 to 15 minutes per person

depending on your needs and the size of the group. Great as a staff treat too!

RE-CHARGE STATIONSA modern twist on chair massage. Pair a universal electronics charger with a chair massage station and the guest will not only get the

opportunity to pause for a moment to fuel their energy, but also to fuel the batteries on their favorite devices.

MINI-SPA EXPERIENCESBring the spa to your event floor or hospitality suite with mini-services! Our group coordinator will work directly with you to create a

custom menu of 5-7 minute services for your guest to select from including but not limited to chair massage, sole relief foot massage,

hand/foot paraffin, tension soother scalp massage, vital leg treatment, even mini-manicures!

VIP SPA RECEPTIONEven if your schedule doesn’t allow you to indulge in full services, enjoy our luxurious spa spaces with a breakfast in our serenity pool

area or a cocktail hour in our salon space. Our facilities are the perfect location for your upscale VIP function. Extended hours are

CUSTOM GROUP OFFERINGWow your attendees with a special service created exclusively for them. A spa representative will work with you to develop a custom

treatment designed specifically around the needs of your group or themes of your event. Attendees can enjoy these experiences on

their own time and dime! Complimentary collateral provided.


GROUP AMENITIESWhether it’s a single VIP or your entire group, we have a variety of unique spa-themed gifts to provide your guests. These gifts can

NETWORKING SPARTYLooking to take your hospitality events to the next level? This 2-4 hour event will take place on site at the spa after exhibit hours. Allow

us to provide stations offering express 10 to 15 minute services such as mini massages, facial cleanses, foot massages, polish changes,

paraffin treatments, and more. Your attendees will get the chance to unwind and enjoy each other’s company during this unique net-

working opportunity. The best part is that the more attendees you have, the less it is per person!

F I T N E S S C L A S S E SDon’t see what you’re looking for? Ask us! Our fitness instructors are certified in a large and exciting variety of classes and additional

options can be coordinated upon request. Below are just a few examples.

YOGAYoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for

relieving stress and relaxing. Yoga has been used as a meditation technique for thousands of years. As you exercise, you meditate on

what your body is feeling and try to become more mindful of the body and mind connection. Yoga classes can include Basic Yoga,

Hatha Yoga, or Vinyasa Yoga. Sunrise or sunset pool-side sessions are also available.

ZUMBAA Zumba class, otherwise known as a Zumba fitness party, combines fast and slow dance rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using

an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle toning effects.

SALSA BEATThis combination of a Salsa Class and Drumming exercise is sure to energize your team to work together and have fun!

CARDIO-CIRCUITStrengthen muscles in your entire body with a fun, high energy, aerobics session. Easy-to-follow cardio exercises will burn fat and

increase energy levels. Then, revitalize your body by stretching all of your major muscle groups, helping to keep joints mobile and

muscles refreshed.

WATER AEROBICSThis shallow water workout includes calisthenics style movements with variations of upper and lower body resistive moves. You will

march, jog, kick, jack and jump through the water to create resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and flex-

ibility. You determine your own intensity by deciding how hard to manipulate the water.

PILATESImprove core control, coordination, standing alignment and balance with Pilates mat exercises. There are 20 different movement

phrases, which are performed seated or while lying down on your back, side or front. Emphasis is on precise alignment, breathing and

efficient sequencing of movement. This class is available in Mat or Power Pilates.

SPIN CYCLINGThis group cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. It involves various cycling drills that offer an exhilarating cardiovascular work-

out. Custom “Spin It To Win It” trivia incorporated classes are also available.

BOOT CAMPWhether you’re looking to lose fat, tone lean muscle, get in shape for a wedding or earn the beach body of your dreams, Boot Camp

can get you there, fast. A challenging class for any age level. Prepare to be worked!

CORE CONDITIONINGThis intermediate/advanced class caters to those who wish to improve their fitness, quickness, and agility, through a series of short

burst and body weight exercises along with dynamic stretches.

SIMPLE TECHNIQUES RENDERING EXCELLENT STRESS SOLUTIONSLearn important ways to alleviate stress in life and in the workplace. This class is a must for those looking for establishing that positive

TEAM SALSA OR SANGRIA MAKING COMPETITIONSpark your team’s creativity and strategic thinking as they partake in this unique event. First have a brief class on how to make salsa or

sangria. Then all attendees are divided into teams. Each team will select ingredients, a jar for salsa, create their salsa/sangria, compile

materials to design a label, create a name, and then create a commercial/advertisement for their product. Once they have presented to

all of the other teams, everyone will select a winning group. It is a unique, entertaining learning experience for all.
