1. What about the business case (-> Private Cloud) for automating the server (+ app.) provisioning – request process ?e.g. You still need to know your VLAN & security requirements before setting up a server, so “manual” study / req. gathering is still necessary. What is then the benefit of this automation.-> e.g. approx. 300 servers to set up / year=> only 1 / day.

2. Cloud Computing and Security: All data in one cloud – what about to keep the sensitive data secure as it is a need for business areas like the banking sector?
