from the Manage tab.
You can toggle between the screens
to Approve All and Continue Testing All to manage more than one – best practice: max of 3 sessions at
once
Proctor Led Sessions require the proctor to read instructions and questions to students as well as move entire testing group together through the test
• Getting Started Tutorial• Kinder, 1st and 2nd Grade • Sample questions – Grade 3
and above
Students login and are approved as with the self‐paced testsSelect the Proctor Led tab to
access proctor directions and info
For proctor led sessions, directions/script for the proctor will be in the top half of the screen; the lower pane displays what students see on their screen access proctor directions and info
When the student answers the current question, a green check mark appears in the Answered column of the Student area
on the left
For some subtests, the proctor will read directions
or give instructions and then release students to
work independently at their own pace through
at timed subtest
For some subtests, the proctor will read directions
or give instructions through the sample
items as well as through every question on the
subtest
If the Proctor selects to Continue Testing All, the students will move to the next subtest in sequence. Once the next subtest is completed, the proctor
can again continue to the next subtest or end testing. This process
continues until the proctor selects to end testing. To end testing, the proctor will select End Testing All
K, 1st, and 2nd the test can be split up over 2 or 3 days as needed. For grades 3 and above, the entire CogAt should be completed in one session,
