GUEST CODE OF CONDUCTKalahari Resorts strives to provide a comfortable and enjoyable place for everyone. We reserve the right to evict from our property, without refund, any individuals or groups for actions or behaviors which we deem to be unacceptable.

• Foul language or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• No weapons, knives or firearms are allowed.

• Clothing or body art which we determine to be unfit for a family resort will not be permitted.

• Observe No Smoking signs in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3794.

• Recreational drug use is not permitted on Kalahari property.

• Theft or damaging of Kalahari property or the belongings of other guests are criminal offenses.

• Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

• Excessive noise after reasonable quiet time hours could result in eviction from the property without refund.

Section 1711.551 of the Ohio Revised Code requires that riders must obey all warnings and directions regarding rides and behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injury to themselves or others. Failure to comply is a misdemeanor. Guests should observe each attraction, read the rules, and decide if it is appropriate prior to participation.

Kalahari Resort takes every precaution to insure the safety of our guests including having CPR trained lifeguards and strictly adhering to State standards for pool cleanliness, water quality and safety.

Please read carefully so that you and your family can avoid some of the inherent risks associated with Waterpark fun.

*To insure optimum safety, children under 14 years of age should be in the direct supervision of an ADULT at all times.

*Non-swimmers should wear life jackets, which are available at no charge on a first come-first serve basis.

*Please shower before and after using the waterpark.

*Swimmers that are under 48” tall are required to wear a life jacket, which are available at no charge on a first come-first serve basis.

*Children that are not toilet trained are required to wear swim diapers.

*Please note that some water depths exceed 5 feet and that many attractions have height restrictions and can also include currents or wave actions.

*Coolers, glass containers and any type of carry-in food orbeverage are not permitted in the Indoor or Outdoor Waterpark.

*Repeated or extended exposure to chemically treated water may cause skin, eye or throat irritations.

*Please limit you and your children’s exposure to hot tubs. Due to safety concerns we do not recommend you permit children under the age of 6 to use hot tubs.
