Selected products will display on right, with the option to remove if selected in error. Click on the Enter Product

Information button.

The system will display the Product Information screen. A. Simply answer a few basic

questions, and, based on your answers, the wizard will indicate the most appropriate product and allow you to continue quoting online.

B. The Date Quotes are needed by field is optional; however, since BOPs for garage operations are non-bindable and will be referred to your underwriter, we recommend you enter a date to alert your underwriter as to when the quotes are needed.

C. Click on the Proceed to Quote Products button.

The Products Added message is a reminder that, in order to maintain the account reservation for your agency, you must either quote at least one line of business or attach and submit the application documentation. Click on the Close button.

From the View Account

Detail screen, below the Action drop-down menu, select Quote Online.

The system will display the Policy Information page. Click on the Next button to

proceed to the Location Address Summary page.

The *PMA Description (Package Modification Adjustment) field will default to “G – GARAGE.”

The Policy page will display. Change the Liability Limits, Property Deductible, Earthquake Deductible and/or PD Liability Ded Basis as necessary, using the drop-down menus. Enter the Number of

Employees employed during the past year. Refer to the information icon (i) for more details.

Click on the Next button to

proceed to the Policy Coverages page.

NOTE: If existing address listed is incorrect, click on the Edit button and Edit the location address.

The location pre-fills from information entered during the account setup process when the primary location is checked, otherwise at least one location must be added in order to rate the policy. When there are multiple locations, Add them at this time. Click on the Next button.

Select desired Optional

Coverages. Click on the Next button to proceed.

The system will display the State/Location page. Click on the Next button to

proceed to the Building/Classification page.

To select a coverage, simply click on the coverage, then click on the Select button. To select multiple coverages, depress the Ctrl key and click on each applicable coverage; then click on the Select button.

Complete the bolded and asterisked (*) fields on the Building/Classification page. Click on the Building

Coverage checkbox. Once the Building

Coverage checkbox is enabled, you will need to complete the Building Limit and Square Footage fields.

Click on the Next button. A progress window will display

indicating the ITV is being calculated.

NOTE: A Franchise Credit checkbox has been added to the Building/Classification page. This credit is for those insureds operating under a franchise agreement. Click on the information icon (i) for more details.

Upon completion of the

calculation, the progress indicator will close and the ITV Value field will be pre-filled.

Click on the Next button. The system will display the LIABILITY AND MEDICAL EXPENSE dialog window. Enter the number of

full-time and part-time employees.

Click on the OK

button. The system will display the ORDINANCE OR LAW COV 2 dialog window. The Limit field will be

pre-filled with 50000. Change the Limit amount if necessary.

Click on the OK button.

NOTE: Enter each part-time employee in increments of 1.0. For example, three part-time employees should be entered as “3.0”.

The system will display the ORDINANCE OR LAW COV 3 dialog window. The Total Limit field

will be pre-filled with 50000. Change the Total Limit amount if necessary.

Click on the OK button. The system will display the Unit Coverages page. Under the OPTIONAL

COVERAGES heading, click on BUSINESS PERSONAL PROPERTY to highlight it.

Click on the Select

button.

The system will display the BUSINESS PERSONAL PROPERTY dialog window. A. Enter the Business

Personal Property Limit. Be sure to include Value of Tank Contents (for above ground and below ground combined) in this Limit.

B. If there are any tanks, enter the Value of Tank Contents (for above ground and below ground combined). Click on the information icon (i) for more details.

C. Click on the OK button to return to the Unit Coverages page.

Coverages heading, select desired Additional Interests. Click on the Next button to proceed.

From the Action Menu you

may Edit, Add, Delete and/or review any entries by selecting the applicable link under the headings.

Click on the Rate button;

the rating status window will display.

When the rating process is finished, if there are no errors, the system takes you to the Line of Business Action Menu, which displays the premium indication. This is an agent

premium indication only (not bindable) and should not be shared with the insured.

Click the Finalize

Quote button to determine class/risk eligibility and/or a non-bindable premium quote.

The Underwrite Quote processing

dialog will display. When the Underwrite Quote process is finished, the system will display a message that the risk cannot be bound. Click on the Done

button.

The system will return you to the Line of Business Action Menu. On the top navigation bar,

click on File, then Close. The system returns to the View Account Detail page. A. The Account Status will

display RESERVED. B. The Premium will

display and the Status has been updated to Quoted.

C. In order for the underwriter to review the policy, you must click the Submit to Underwriting tab.

Submit Documents for

Harleysville Review, such as applications, supplemental applications, loss runs, etc. and/or add any Comments to assist your underwriter.

After you have completed

attaching all files and entering comments, as applicable, click on the Submit button.

NOTE: Final premium subject to underwriter review.

The system will display a confirmation message that the quote(s) and any documents and/or comments have been successfully submitted to underwriting.

Upon clicking the Submit button, the following will occur: The quote is submitted to your underwriter for review. An email will be sent to you stating that the submission is being reviewed

by your underwriter. A separate email and task will automatically generate to your underwriter. Your underwriter will review the quote(s), approve or disapprove the

submission and you will be notified in the same manner as you are today.
