‘Lets Get Walking and Talking’ A guided walk for new parents, come along and meet other new

parents in your area

The walks will depart from a different centre each week, booking isessential due to current restrictions.

Come and join our 0-18 months virtual baby groups every Tuesday 9.30-10am and Thursday 10.30-11.00am!

There will be the opportunity to meet and chat with other parents, learnabout what services, training and activities we have running in the

Children’s Centres and take part in some fun age appropriate activities, tosupport your child’s development. Our qualified, friendly staff are happy

to share ideas and are on hand to offer advice.We have a 6 week planned programme of different activities to supportyou and your child to learn and experiment with new and different ways

of learning. We are also providing some FREE resources to support certain sessions.

Mini AdventureOn Zoom!

Wednesday 4th November—25th November 2020

10.00am — 11.00amSuitable for babies up to 5yrs old

4 weeks of live story based sessions that includes

story, songs, crafts, creative movement. Theseamazing sessions are suitable for children up to 5

years old. This sessions help your little onesdiscover a love of books, and use their

imagination. They have access to videos they canuse throughout the week too to keep little ones

entertained too.

Baby Massage

Brought to you in the comfort of your ownhome on Zoom

Friday 13th November—4th Dec

10am—11am Suitable for babies aged 2 months to crawling.

A 4 week course of Baby Massage, teaching

families how to massage their baby or youngchild which can help to treat colic as well as

assist parent and child bonding.

Baby Yoga

Brought to you in the comfort of your ownhome on Zoom

Friday 13th November—4th Dec

11:15am — 12:15pmSuitable for babies aged 2 months to

crawling.

A 4 week family learning course of Baby Yoga.This course introduces

yoga over the weeks allowing the baby tobecome familiar with a new way of moving

and being handled as well as having theopportunity to interact with parents and

other babies over zoom.

This 4 week family learning course is a highenergy music and movement session for

both toddlers and parents promoting positivephysical play and overall - having fun

together. Your little one will love moving andplaying simple games along to familiar

songs/rhymes.
