When: Tuesday 21st July. Time: 1.00pm - 3.00pm. Cost: Free. Put your explorer’s hat on and see if you can find your way around the park to the hidden treasure. Meet at the Ranger Base (downstairs in the pavilion). A mobility scooter is available for use at this event. Under 8’s must be accompanied by an adult. Wheelchair accessible and disabled toilets. Miniature Railway

When: Sunday 19th July, Sundays 2nd (Teddy Bears’ Picnic), 16th, 30th & Monday 31st August. Time: First train runs at 1.00pm - last train at 5.00pm, depending on weather conditions. Cost: Free admis-sion, 80p per person per ride. Light refreshments, ice cream, souvenirs etc., are usually on sale. Toi-let facilities, including disabled access and baby changing. A wheel-chair accessible carriage is available on request. Printed timetables are available for you to take home. My Outdoors - Art in the Park

All courses run Tuesday - Friday. When: 21st - 24th July, 18th - 21st August. Ages: 8 – 11 years. Cost: Each week costs £100.00 per person. Based around exploring the local urban and natural environments. Activities include sound recording, clay work, willow sculptures and exploration of local streets and a local park. Come to the park where kite fliers from all over the country will be coming to show off their skills.
