The Genex Probe and Genex Assistant for drive tests are part of the
Genex series. The Genex series can work with many systems, such as
GSM, WCDMA, EDGE, CDMA, and WiMAX. The modules for the WCDMA and
GSM systems have found wide commercial use.
The Genex series is now developed to V200R002SPC140 to serve the
WiMAX system. And it can support Sequans, GCT, Runcom, Beceem chips
now.
The Genex series uses the following tools to provide a platform for
the network planning and optimization software of Huawei:
Drive test tools
Setup the Test Plan (optional) ;
Import the engineer parameters, open the map window and import the
test map (optional);
Open the information windows;
Stop the test in the end.

Click “+” The Device Config dialog box is displayed.

Some dongle need to Fulfill the Agent IP address (based on the
Dongle type)
The network information of the terminal is displayed, such as IP
address.
Click OK.The MS is successfully added.

Select 4800 from the Baudrate list and COM1 from the Com Port list,
and then click OK.
The GPS is successfully added.

2. Opening a Map and Layer
(1) Choose View > OutdoorMap.
The Map window is displayed.

The Open MapInfo File dialog box is displayed.

Choose “View” click “LTE” and then choose the information that we
needed or any other information that we want to display
