Magparinig ng dalawang uri ng awit. Isang mabilis at isang mabagal.

Ano ang tempo?Magbigay ng isang awiting mabagal at mabilis?

Ano and 3-d shapes? Kilalanin ang mga sumusunod na hayop. Lagyan ng tsek ang patlang kung ang hayop ay maamo at pwedeng lapitan at ekis naman kung mabngis at di pwedeng lapitan.

B. Paghahabi sa layunin ng aralin

Hatiin sa dalawang pangkat ang klase.Ang unang pangkat ang gagawa ng mabilis na paggalaw at ang Pangkat 2 ang gagawa ng mabagal na paggalaw.(lalapatan ang awit ng paggalaw)

Ipakita ang larawan at pag-usapan.

Ipakita ang larawan ng mga hayop.Itanong sa kanila kung alin sa mga sumusunod ang puwedeng maging alaga?

Patugtugin ang tayo’y mag-ehersisyo at hayaan ang mga bata sa pag-eehersisyo.

These are the rules and regulations about pets and stray dogs and cats on campus:

1. One effective measure to reduce the population of stray animals on campus is by disposing the garbage properly. The smell of an open garbage bag attracts dogs into coming to the campus. Tighten/close properly the garbage bag before dropping/putting it into the garbage collection bin. Never drop/leave the garbage bags outside the garbage bin/collection station.

2. Don't feed/harbor the stray dogs and cats.

3. Don't touch or go near an animal. Although some of these animals may look cool or even cute, leave them alone. These animals aren't like regular pets. They're not used to being around people and may bite or attack if you come near them. They also might have rabies.

4. Don't ever try to feed a wild animal. Bird feeders are OK, but other animals, even if they look hungry, shouldn't ever be fed. When it comes to these animals, it's better for everyone if you stay away and check them out at the zoo, on the Internet, on TV nature shows, or in books.

4. Exercise boosts energy

Winded by grocery shopping or household chores? Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance.

5. Exercise promotes better sleep

Struggling to snooze? Regular physical activity can help you fall asleep faster and deepen your sleep. Just don't exercise too close to bedtime, or you may be too energized to hit the hay.

6. Exercise puts the spark back into your sex life

Do you feel too tired or too out of shape to enjoy physical intimacy? Regular physical activity can improve energy levels and physical appearance,

7. Exercise can be fun … and social!

Exercise and physical activity can be enjoyable. It gives you a chance to unwind, enjoy the outdoors or simply engage in activities that make you happy. Physical activity can also help you connect with family or friends in a fun social setting.

H. Paglalahat ng Aralin Tandaan:Ang mabilis na awitin ay maaaring lapatan ng mabilis na paggalaw at ang mabagal na awitin aymaaring lapatan ng mabagal na paggalaw. Sa musika, ang bilis at bagal ng daloy ng awitin ay tinatawag na Tempo.
