DescriptionTheseair-conditioningunitsaremadeasonecomplexunit.Theunitsaredesignedforinstallationonthefloor,andaredeliveredwithabaseframe.Suctionandexhaustholesarelocatedontheuppersideofthechamberandareequippedwithflexibleadapterswithendflangesforconnectiontopipes.
Outputpipesofexchangers,serviceholesandfittingsarelocatedontheservicesideoftheunit.
Access to ventilators, filters and the frequency convertorisprovidedbydoorsthatarefittedwithlatchinghinges.
StructureThe H-Uni units are made of original framelesssandwichpanels,registeredwiththeIndustrialProp- ertyOfficeinitsdatabaseofindustrialdesigns.
Thestructureoftheunitchamberconsistsof50 mmthickframelesssandwichpanels.Theshell ismadeoftwosteelzincplateswithathicknessof0.8mm.Inside the panel is mineral wool insulation withvolumeweight50kg/m³.

H-control system of measurement and regulationTheunitsareequippedwithH-Controlautonomousoper- ationcontrolsystemandheatoutput.ThissystemiseasytooperatebyPCandwebbrowser.Furthermore itispossibletocontroltheunitviaaremotecontrolwithLCDdisplayorparentBMSsystem.
Controllingandactioncomponentsareassembled,connectedandtestedduringproduction.Thesystemthusenables:
• smoothcontroloffansusingfrequencyinverters• controlandprotectionofhotwaterheaterwiththeMERUKmixingnode
• controlandprotectionofelectricheating• controlandprotectionofwatercoolerwiththeMERUKmixingnode
• controlandprotectionofdirectevaporatorcoilsandcondensingunit frommanyproducers, incl.function as condenser
• controlandprotectionofHREexchangers• controlofallflaps• signalizationofairfilterclogging
