Christmas EveArrive to a warm welcome and a hot mulled wine before partaking in a traditional Dorset Cream Tea. Relax at your leisure either in the spacious lounge bar or take a dip in one of the two swimming pools. Enjoy local carol singers before dining in the evening, where a three course dinner awaits in the Brasserie restaurant. After dinner, be entertained by a quiz and charades in the bar.

Christmas DayAwaken to a leisurely Bucks Fizz breakfast and see what Father Christmas has brought you. Savour a sumptuous 4 course lunch – see page 8 for full menu. After lunch sit back and enjoy the afternoon, the Queen’s speech and further entertainment provided. If you have room for any more food, the day will be rounded off with a tantalising buffet prepared by our chef.

Boxing Day Enjoy a late breakfast until 11am. Why not take the opportunity to explore the Bournemouth area, either with a lovely brisk walk along the promenade or a little further afield such as Poole and Sandbanks. Return to a delicious 3 course dinner.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. Contact Hallmark Hotel Bournemouth on

01202 751 000 to check availability prior to sending booking form.

2. A deposit of £10.00 per person is required as confirmation of your booking. Please complete and sign the booking form and send with the required deposit within 14 days of your provisional reservation. Deposits will not be refundable / non transferable. i.e. if party numbers reduce from the original booking, the £10 deposit for those not attending will not be refunded under any circumstances. (Please note one cheque or credit card transaction per party for both deposit and final payment).

3. Final payment for all parties is required no later than 1st December. If the party is taking place prior to 13th December, payment is required 14 days prior to event.

4. For bookings made after the 1st December 2014 payment is required immediately and in full.

5. Prepayments for attendees who later cancel are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks or entertainment for other members of the party.

6. All payments are non transferable / refundable. Please do not request as a refusal often offends.

7. The Hotel reserves the right to amalgamate, cancel or change the venue of Christmas parties in the event that minimum numbers are not met.

8. Should you wish to arrange a bar tab for your group, prior arrangement with the hotel is essential.
