EXPERIENCE QUALITY – EXPERIENCE HAMRANOur visionA Hamran Kitchen is a Hamran Working kitchen, from the Hamran community in Hamran Norway. Something exceptional.

We value passion, and we like to produce exciting and modern kitchens. Located in the idyllic Norwegian countryside, we are not a run of the mill manufacturer. We want to surprise you with solutions that you will identify with – and then some.

We like to be ourselves at Hamran, and we have a long tradition as woodworkers with focus on craftsmanship. Even if kitchens are our core focus, we often asked to make both wardrobes and bathrooms, benches and tables for our customers. Sometimes we even end up providing the entire interior.

We are occupied with functional ideas, and we like developing durable solutions. To follow trends that come and go is not quite us. We no longer produce catalogues, and we hope you will enjoy and use our first magazine as inspiration for an exciting collaboration. That is how we would like to work together with you!

At Hamran, we create quality in our kitchens and other furniture, but highest on our list is hospitality. Many of our customers come visit us for an exceptional experience, and because they want a finely crafted kitchen. THE HAMRAN PEOPLEIt might sound weird, but since we are happy with producing only about four hundred kitchens a year, working several generations together at Hamran, we sometimes seen as a bit idiosyncratic in this industry. Luckily, sometimes when you do your own thing and stick to what you believe in, it does go well. We do well.

When moving, building a new house or buying a cabin, our steadfast customers come back to us, and they recommend us to friends and family. It is especially nice to hear how delighted they are about the cooperation between us, since we believe that this collaboration is the most

HAMRAN QUALITYOur customers through generations have created the hallmark of Hamran Quality, and we want to live up to all expectations. We thrive on daily problem-solving and creating new solutions to new challenges.

1. First and foremost, the Hamran Quality is based on the best resources combined with our requirements for the correct choice of materials.

2. Material strength and function is distinct. The same goes for layout and design. No one is alike, and we treat all customers as individuals.

6. Product innovation and design is also a part of our definition of quality. Historically, Hamran is known for producing woodworkers’ benches (Høvelbenker). The workbenches taught us what it takes to make solid, functional products. This also might be the reason why we think of Hamran Kitchen as an “industrial quality” kitchen. People spend a lot of time in the kitchen, and for many, the kitchen also is a workplace that needs to be solid and functional, and meet the demands of quality and environment.

7. Hamran is a work place for many people, and a part of the local community in the village of Hamran. We strive to do our part in maintaining the wellbeing of people of the local area of Lyngdalen. HSE (Health, Safety and the Environment) is not only a success factor at work, but also important since we feel privileged to be in an idyllic Norwegian countryside that we want to preserve. We have skilled and talented apprentices and we are proud of the awards and recognitions they have received. This is great for our working environment and an assurance for our customers.

8. A loyal network of capable collaborators is crucial for us to continue producing kitchens and interior here in the countryside. Remoteness will never be a problem. We enjoy opportunities to travel for inspiration, and we willingly invite people to Hamran for inspiration. The Hamran community is reserved. We are not smug, but we still have strong opinions and believe in what we do.

9. Economic stability and moderation distinguishes our company, and it shows in our history. Through generations, we have experienced that the only way to success is hard work and close cooperation with the marked and our customers. We invest in people and equipment, buildings and product innovation. We support and believe in each other. Maybe that is because we take one-step at a time approach to business. CINNAMON ROLLSAbout 32 servings 2 kg all-purpose flour2 pkg of 50 g fresh yeast3 dl sugar14 dl milk2 eggs200 g butter Melt the butter, warm the milk (37 degrees Celsius).Mix butter and milk with all dry ingredients, add the eggs one at a time.Cover and let the dough rise for 30-60 minutes.

Roll out on a floured surface. Spread butter, sugar and cinnamon all over dough. Cut into slices. Place rolls on a baking sheet, and let rise again for 60 minutes.

Bake for about 12 minutes in a preheated oven, at 200 degrees Celsius.
