Thursday 13 February: 8.00am - 5.00pm

Session RoomsAll keynote presentations will be held in Room 1 on Level 1. Concurrent Sessions will be

held in the main keynote room along with Breakout Rooms on Level 0. Staff and signage

will direct you to these rooms.

Mobile Phone and PagersAs a courtesy to presenters and colleagues, please ensure that all mobile phones and

pagers are switched off during all sessions.

Paperless CongressThe 2014 Congress is being run largely as a paperless event. Information, downloadable

abstracts and other data can be found at www.aiesep2014.com.

CarparkingThe Owen G Glenn Building has five levels of car parking (over 1,000 spaces) and is

the main car park on The University of Auckland City Campus. Access to the car park is

via Grafton Road, opposite Stanley Street. The car park is open from Monday to Saturday

between 7.00am to 11.30pm. It is a cost of $30 per day for more than five hours.
