THE RALLY IRELAND BRAND MARK IS A GRAPHIC

DEVICE THAT IS USED TO IDENTIFY THE ISLAND OF

IRELAND AS A RALLY DESTINATION. CONSISTENT

USE OF THE MARK WILL BUILD AWARENESS AND

RECOGNITION WITH ALL OUR AUDIENCES.

The mark comprises o three elements, the Shamrock Symbol, the Ireland Logotype and the Subheading. The Rally Ireland Brand

mark should be produced in colour where possible - colour is its primary strength. The preerred background colour or the mark

is Purple with Rally in White and Ireland in Green. The Rally Ireland Brand identity is more than our mark. Typography, colour,

image content and personality are all important when creating strong, ocused and consistent brand communications.

THE CONSISTENT USE OF COLOUR IS A CRITICAL FACTOR

IN BUILDING THE RALLY IRELAND BRAND WORLDWIDE.COLOURS EVOKE A RESPONSE THAT REACHES BEYOND

CULTURE AND LANGUAGE. OUR BRAND CONSISTS OF

FIVE COLOURS - PURPLE, DARK PURPLE, LIGHT GREEN,

DARK GREEN AND WHITE. BECAUSE OF THE VARIETY 

OF CULTURES PRESENT ON THE ISLAND, PURPLE HASBEEN CHOSEN TO BE THE MOST PROMINENT OF THE

FOUR. IT IS BOTH MODERN AND RICH. GREENS ARE USED

TO COMPLIMENT THE PURPLE, AND SHOULD NEVER

DOMINATE. WHITE IS IMPORTANT AS IT CREATES A SENSE

OF FREEDOM AND SIMPLICITY AND CAN BE USED TOENHANCE BOTH SOLID COLOURS, PHOTOGRAPHY AND

TYPOGRAPHY.

The WRC consumer acing brand logo is used or all commercial

communications.

The FIA WRC logo should be co-branded with the FIA logo to

denote ofcially approved FIA World Rally Championship status.

The FIA WRC logo should always be positioned on the let o the

FIA logo at the same relative position and height.

The FIA logo is the ofcial marque o the Fédération

Internationale de l’Automobile. It is or the exclusive use o the

FIA, and is available to National Sporting Authorities who may

use it to communicate their membership o the FIA. Its purpose

is to identiy any FIA ofcial involvement, through either

personnel or equipment present at an FIA Championship event.
