"I WOULD ENTHUSIASTICALLY RECOMMEND NASON
CONSTRUCTION FOR FUTURE PROJECTS. NASON'S ABILITY

TESTAMENT TO NASON'S CORE VALUE."

Nason Construction, Inc. previously provided
preconstruction services for a new BMW and a
new Cadillac dealership. Value engineering
alternatives identified by the NASON Team
reduced construction costs by over $1 million.
The two dealerships are be co-located on a 24-
acre parcel in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
Extensive site development was required,
including extension of all utilities as well as
grading with cuts and fills.
The BMW dealership showroom boasts high-
end finishes throughout, including imported
tile from Germany in the 40-bay service center.
The building facade consisting of a glass
curtain wall is accented with flat metal panels
that are consistent with BMW’s image.
The Cadillac dealership features a limestone
veneer facade and also boasts a high-end
interior and accommodates 40 bays in the
service center.
Nason Construction was awarded general
contracting services for an addition and
renovation of Welsh Subaru of Limerick.
This project included demolition of the
existing parts department, construction of new
maintenance bays, new parts department, and
expanded sales area. The renovations
consisted of upgrades to electrical, HVAC and
plumbing systems, exterior walls, and
landscaping.
Nason Construction provided construction
management services for a $6.7 million, 65,000
square foot renovation project completed in
four phases in an occupied building.
The project consisted of major facade
renovations, installation of a glass curtain wall
entrance, and complete window replacement.
Interior renovations included fit-out of typical
office space, conference rooms, and a full
service fitness and exercise facility with men’s
and women’s locker rooms.
The new Operations Center for Subaru of
America was completed with no disruption to
the staff.
Nason Construction completed four branch
locations throughout the region for
Commerce Bank. Below are highlights of
those projects.
Chadds Ford, PA
Completed in December 2001, Nason
provided New Construction of this branch
bank, which was unique in that the stone
facade was reminiscent of the many historic
structures in the community. The project was
completed on time and on budget.
Churchman’s Corner, New Castle, DE
Nason Construction provided general
contracting services for this prototype branch
in 2000. The building was completed within a
14-week schedule, and included construction
of the building as well as the site work. The
bank features four-lane side drive through
tellers, vault, interior tellers, and customer
service area
Marsh & Naamans Road, Wilmington, DE
Nason built the first Commerce Branch Bank
in Delaware in a record forty-seven days in
1999. Demolition of an existing building and
site work had to be completed before
construction could begin. Several challenges
were overcome during the construction
process, including weather conditions,
unsuitable soil, and the discovery of
Wilmington “blue rock.” These challenges
were successfully met, and the project was
completed on schedule.
Point Pleasant, NJ
Nason Construction provided general
contracting services for this prototype branch
in 1998. The building was completed within a
14-week schedule, and included construction
of the building as well as the site work. The
bank features four-lane side drive through
tellers, vault, interior tellers, and customer
service area
Nason Construction was selected to provide
general construction services for a $1.4
million addition and renovation to the
existing Boeing Helicopters Credit Union
facility.
The addition will entail construction of a
high-tech facade to complement the style of
the larger Boeing facility. Upgrades to the
existing building and entryway facade will be
performed to match the addition.
Due to its proximity to the Delaware River,
the complex foundation for the addition
consists of 45-foot-deep wood piles, with
concrete grade beams and a structural
concrete floor slab.
Thoughtful scheduling and phasing
coordination by the Nason team will ensure
this bank facility remains operational six days
a week throughout construction.

Project Type: New Construction
Architect: Interarch
Nason Construction provided general contracting services for the new 16,500 square foot regional office for Commerce Bank. This $4.5 million regional headquarters facility contains open area cubicles as well as a full service bank opened seven days a week. The two-story building features a large atrium lobby with two skylights, a marble fountain, architectural ceilings, and a glass curtain wall.
The structure’s exterior is made up of metal panels, granite, and glass. Interior finishes including tiling, wall panels, and millwork were all custom-designed.
The construction of the regional office was completed on an extremely aggressive schedule with only 180 days from permit to final construction. On-going design changes throughout the construction process brought additional challenges to the fast-track schedule.
This project involved the construction of a
25,000 square foot TJ Maxx and the
rehabilitation of 55,000 square feet in the
connected retail center (now adjacent to the
Brandywine Town Center) and a new
furniture store.
Current tenants include Panera Bread, Trader
Joe’s, Citibank, and T.J. Maxx.
Acadia Realty Trust acquired the Market
Square Shopping Center in 2003.

program of multiple projects. Highlighted
below are some of those projects.

Nason Construction originally provided
general contracting services for the first two
phases of the World Headquarters renovation.
Completed in February 2011, the first phase
included the installation of all IT equipment.

involved the complete renovation of 68,000 sf
of administrative space at the Headquarters’
main building.
The retrofit included selective demolition and
interior fit-out with high-end corporate office
finishes and extensive mechanical and
electrical upgrades. The building remained
fully occupied during the renovation.
World Headquarters, Building 70
Renovations
Nason provided general contracting services
for Campbell Soup’s Building 70 interior
renovations, which was the first venture
between Campbell’s and Nason. The scope of
the project included demolition of a portion of
the existing Day Care and build-out of new
space and meeting rooms, as well as a new
HVAC system and skylight installations. Work
was completed during the night shift hours to
allow the Day Care and office operations to
continue without interruption.

coordinated construction activities within the
occupied building and with the furniture
assembly crews to allow on-time move-in to
