Harambe Cameroon engages young Cameroonians to "Think Innovatively, Act Locally & Connect Globally."

Through its Business Plan Competition process, young social entrepreneurs proposeinnovative business ideas to solve

local problems. The best team wins Startup seedcapital. Hence, Harambe-Cameroon’s mission is "to inspire a new

generation of young leaders and entrepreneurs who see problems as opportunities in need of solutions."

The Harambe-Cameroon Alliance is currently recruiting part-time volunteers for the following positions :

1. Project Manager (2). Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Manage and supervise the Harambe – Cameroon’s Problem Solver’s Clubs (in Universities).

(University of Yaoundé I, Univ. of Douala, Univ. of Buea, Univ.of Dchang & Université des Montagnes)

2. Public Relations Officer (2 ) Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Represent Harambe-Cameroon’s spirit and actions, online and offline. Organize presentations in

universities, associations, media.

3. Harambe-Cameroon Ambassador in your region: Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be

limited to : Represent Harambe-Cameroon & establish strategic, technical, and financial partnerships.

4. Interns: 3 Positions open to assist in the implementation of our 2012 plan of action.

*Applications are not limited to residents of Cameroon.

What we are looking for in each new member:

1. Embody our 5 core values (as stated in the Professional Rules of Conduct – January 2011 edition):

2. Commit to work a minimum of 10hrs/week, and at least 3 months time.

3. Commit to Hard-work and results.
