Our military origin has given us more than two decades experience in protective eyewear, experience which we put into the

Harley-Davidson® Performance Eyewear collection.

Shatterproof Selenite™ lenses separately, and mounted in their frame, meet ANSI Z87 requirements for high velocity impact

and high mass impact. This means eyewear with Selenite lenses are able to withstand an impact from a .25” diameter steel

ball travelling at 165 KM/H, and an impact from a 500g. steel projectile dropped from a height of 1.27m. During the ANSI test

the lens must not shatter nor pop out of the frame, and the frame itself must also not break, when exposed to the same tough

treatment.

Before purchasing any riding eyewear, look for the Z87 marking on the frame and temples and the + mark on the lenses to

ensure you are getting only ANSI Z87 rated eye protection passing high velocity impact and high mass impact tests. Choosing

a Wiley X product you get a pair of riding eyewear that actually precedes the ANSI test, making it a preferred accessory among

many motorcycle riders around the world. You will recognize the official H-D® Performance Eyewear by Wiley X by the WX Z87

marking on the frame and temples and WX+ mark on the lenses.

Meeting stringent ANSI Z87 standards isn’t only about protection; our eyewear is tested to

ensure optical clarity and accuracy from the center of the lens out to the periphery.

Having a perfect vision in any given situation is crucial, and the optical clarity and accuracy

is therefore also a very important part of the ANSI Z87 standard. There must be no distortion

from the center of the lens out to the periphery, so Wiley X spent many hours in the in-house

R&D lab to secure that. Cutting the lens exactly right is an important part of achieving the

perfect result, which is why Wiley X has our own digital lens cutting facility.

Unique to the Harley-Davidson® Performance Eyewear by Wiley X, this revolutionary lens

technology provides the rider with the glare reducing benefits of a traditional polarized lens

without the possible vision distorting pitfalls. This also means that reading your GPS device,

mobile phone or the gas pump digits will no longer be a problem - in other words this is the

ultimate day riding lens for motorcycle riders.

At Wiley X we listen to the riders, so as of 2015 this unique lens technology is also available in

a copper color for enhanced contrast and improved perception of the road and other surfaces

during sunny and cloudy weather.

Our removable soft foam Facial CavityTM Seals are easily locked onto the lightweight

frames to help protect your eyes from wind and debris. Furthermore, the foam will

prevent your eyes from tearing up and protect you against long-term eye irritation like

Dry Eye Syndrome. Spending time in your garden or heading for the beach, just remove

the Facial CavityTM Seal and maintain the envy looks.

Many riders find these to be a one pair solution that covers their needs, whether it

is for riding at daytime or at nighttime. The advanced technology of the lens makes

them go darker the more sunshine (UV radiation), they are exposed to. At night the

lens will go almost completely clear making it ideal for night riding because of the

optical clarity. The light adjusting lenses are available in grey and copper in the

Windbreaker and the Climate Control series.

More than 50% of all the H-D® frames can be fitted with prescription lenses. As our

professional prescription lens partner, we have chosen Shamir, whose AttitudeTM

lenses are specifically developed for our 8-basecurve H-D® frames. The result is

individually customized lenses that offer crystal clear vision in any given situation,

while providing the same crucial protection as the non-prescription lenses developed

by Wiley X.

The RX program enables simple ordering and

delivery of single vision (Shamir Smart AttitudeTM)

and progressive (Shamir Autograph AttitudeTM)

corrective lenses through your nearest Harley-

Covered Items: (1) Non-prescription eyewear: Wiley X warrants Harley-Davidson Performance Eyewear by Wiley X to be free of manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship (a) Active, Street, and Climate Control Series for the life of the original purchaser (or the maximum period allowed by law in the country of purchase or residence of the original purchaser, if less). (b) Windbreaker Series for the period of one year (or the maximum period allowed by law in the country of purchase or residence of the original purchaser, if less). However, LA™ Light Adjusting lenses are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a maximum period of 18 months. (2) Prescription eyewear frames: Wiley X does NOT warrant prescription lenses as this would be the prescription lab’s sole responsibility. Wiley X warrants Wiley X frames sold by Wiley X authorized prescription laboratories to be free of manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 1-year (or the maximum period required by law in the country of purchase or residence of the original purchaser).

Scope of Coverage: Wiley X will repair or replace covered items at the sole discretion of Wiley X, as needed and as available (identical or equivalent style) at no charge. Out of warranty items may be repaired (if repairable), replaced, returned or destroyed, at the option and sole expense of the purchaser. Conditions: Proof of original purchase is required. Purchaser must pay shipping and handling fees, all applicable sales or value added taxes, except where such fees are prohibited by local law. Exclusions: This warranty does NOT extend to and excludes (i) products purchased from non-authorized dealers or labs (ii) damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratched lenses and broken frames, hinges and nose pieces, (iii) damage resulting from abuse or misuse, (iii) damage resulting from tampering or customer modification, (iv) damage resulting from exposure to harmful substances, elements or conditions, (v) other damage to covered items not resulting from a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship as Wiley X shall decide in its sole discretion, (vi) lost or stolen items, or (vii) prescription lenses.

How to Process a Warranty Claim for Repair or Replacement of Covered Items:A. IN THE UNITED STATES: Please complete the online warranty claim form located online at: www.wileyx.com/support/returnauthform.aspx. After proper completion of the online warranty claim form, Wiley X will provide you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Print the completed online warranty claim form (including the RA number) and send the warranty claim form along with the covered item and proof of purchase to: Wiley X, Inc., Attn: Returns Department, 7800 Patterson Pass Road, Livermore, CA 94550. Please use a traceable shipping method (Wiley X is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments) and allow 7–10 business days from our receipt of the package to process your warranty claim. Payment: A credit card payment of $9.00 (plus sales tax) to cover return shipping and handling is required.
