Information, requirements, guest listThe Plan: Hello all!! We are planning a fun filled week in Hawaii Jan-March of 2012. We would love for you to join us. We are renting a home on the “Big Island” of Hawaii. Those who would like to join us on this trip will have to follow the requirements set forth to make this planned trip come to “fruition”. We are purchasing this home in January 2011, these homes are based on occupancy. So please if you are not fully confident you will be going after reading this then please tell me because I can find cheaper houses for less people. We will have a list of houses in which will be taking a vote on to know what house would accommodate us the best.

Now lets talk about break down of the requirements.#1- If you are in, you will be included in making a “house vote” in which I will have several choices in either our “price range” or not even in our “price range” just more amenities, so you know you have a “choice”

I will make a form like this with the house's listed for you all to go over with all the information you need to make a informed choice.If you are not confident you can make it for any reason, I will not add you in the home at this point, thus changing the homes I have already selected to better suit the amount of people going. We are booking the trip February 20th 2011 to ensure we will get the dates we want.

2# - After house vote, we will pick the best week to go January-March of 2012 depending on home availability.

3# - Once We (Krystal and Isaac) pay in full the house which is: home, cleaning fee, per person fee (if they have one) HI sales tax at 14%, and deposit we are locked in the home we have chosen in the “house vote”.We will require “everyone” who is going with us to


Information, requirements, guest listmake a “commitment payment” of $100.00 each towards the balance of your week long stay no later than March 1st 2011. This is a non-refundable fee that goes to (toward your week rental) but also in case the “cost of cancellation to the house” and per person fee if applicable to the owner/agent, If I have to change the home because you cancel out after you pay the commitment fee. The rest of the balance can be paid ANYTIME to us prior to going to Hawaii. We will not accommodate late payments on the home after we are in Hawaii. Amount of week long stay will again depend on the “house vote, and amount of people attending” But I have estimated anywhere from $200-300 for the whole week per person. #4 - Flight plans, We would like to go all at one time, buy at a group rate is “possible”. “Currently as of 12/26” the price of tickets are running anywhere from $400-500 round trip of course they could go lower and they also can go higher. Even tho Im looking at flight plans now, our goal is to get the very


Information, requirements, guest listbest deal possible, we will start looking at “group” rates once I receive confirmation from everyone that are going and WE (Krystal and Isaac) receive the $100 commitment fee that will go towards the cost of your part of the week rental. If we cannot find a group rate it is up to you to book your own flight or ahead of time ask me to book the flight for you when I books for my family.

#5 - We are planning on renting a “van” or two to make sure we can all get around together. This is a friends of family and family event and we would like this to be treated as such. We can easily go by ourselves but we would like to enjoy good times with good friends, while experiencing new things with new people, and again would love for you all to join us. We will split the cost of the van (s).

#6 - We will be working on a “food” list and budget. It will not be necessary to make many meals “plans”,


Information, requirements, guest listbecause Hawaii has a lot of “different” fish ect that the states dont, so we could have many choices. We dont plan on eating out, but if you want to use the car to you can if you want. We are planning depending on who is going, group meal activity's meaning maybe girls cook 1 night guys cook another, we do it by families, do it all as a group making a dish each. We have many plans for eats since I am a foodie.

7# - Drug free, unless u know a “local” *wink wink* but I dont want to ruin our trip because I need a swisher, and please if you decide to be crazy and get on the plane with something WE DONT KNOW YOU.... lol....

#8 - Itinerary is up in the air. I will make some suggestions based on what my family knows from the area, best places to snorkel, swim, beaches, volcanoes, “secret” waterfalls and “secret” beaches, ect, and I will set up a itinerary so we have a “basic plan,” for things WE MUST SEE or DO. BUT I would like
