H&B Control cc was established in the early part of 1995 as an Applied Partner of the Honeywell Buildings
Controls Industry in Southern Africa. We are Members of the Fire Detection and Gas Installers Association of
Southern Africa and specialize in the after sale service, design, engineering, installation and commissioning of
Building Management and Control Systems, Fire Detection Addressable and Conventional Systems, Access
Control Network, CCTV System, as well as Gas Suppression Control Systems.

Addressable and conventional re panels such as Honeywell, Ziton, GE,!
Technoswitch and Edwards, with audio evacuation and gas suppression
systems integrated to a building management system such as the
Honeywell SymmetrE R410 front end or supplied as a standalone system.
