clients attitude to costing - the largest client is Government (MOD, NHS, PRISONS, SCHOOLS etc)

tendering process has to be competitive government are not driving legislation sub contractor training lack of process designers are NOT designing in H&S lack of design and build contracts much theory not enough true practice
