Help your employees get the care they need, when they need it
Simply HealthworksSimply Healthworks is an alternative to traditional private medical insurance. It gives you the flexibility to pick and mix different elements of the plan to create a solution that suits your business.
The plan helps your employees to get quick access to consultations and treatment, and we arrange all hospital appointments for them. It also gives you the option to include cover for optical and dental treatments that employees will use on a regular basis.
Simply Healthworks is available for companies wanting to cover at least three employees (or five if switching from another insurer).

PreferentialPreferential provides your employees with comprehensive benefits should they become ill. You can choose to cover only your senior managers or your entire workforce.
The cover includes initial private consultations, out-patient, day-patient and in-patient investigations and treatment. Your employees will have access to the finest medical facilities through our extensive list of hospitals.
Preferential is available to businesses with 5-100 employees.
AccessibleAccessible is an ideal starting point for private medical insurance cover, that’s created with businesses of less than 100 employees in mind.
The plan offers treatment through a range of hospitals across the UK. Employees are cared for from their first consultation with a specialist to the point they receive their treatment.
Care for Corporates Care for Corporates is a flexible range of insured benefits for companies wishing to provide cover for over 100 employees.
Self funded health plansCreate a bespoke solution unique to your business
If you have over 400 employees, you may want to consider a self funded health plan for complete control and flexibility to incorporate the benefits that suit your business. Simplyhealth has been specialising in self funded health plans for 25 years, and we’re one of the largest providers in the market.
With a self funded health plan you can include benefits that are not typically covered under standard private medical insurance such as chronic conditions or specialist treatments and medication.
Rather than paying a premium to an insurer, you can choose to fund health benefits for employees by setting up a trust or other HMRC recognised funding vehicle.
Unlike private medical insurance, self funded health plans are not subject to Insurance Premium Tax (IPT), which means you can make considerable savings over an insured product.

Health cash plansHelp your employees look after their everyday health
Health cash plans are a simple and affordable way to reward your employees and provide benefits they’ll regularly use and value.
Simplyhealth is the UK’s biggest health cash plan provider. We deal with all claims directly with employees and will usually put the money back in their bank account within a few days of receiving their claim form.
Simply Cash PlanWith the Simply Cash Plan, employees can claim money back towards their everyday healthcare needs such as dental treatment, eye tests, physiotherapy, consultations and more.
You can also add any of the five choices as additional cover to suit your business requirements.
The Simply Cash Plan costs from as little as £1 per week, per employee.
Your employees can also upgrade their own cover and add their partner at their own cost, without any additional administration for you.

Simply Dental PlanThe Simply Dental plan is an affordable way of helping your employees with their dental health and adding tangible value to their salary packages.
The plan allows employees to claim money back on their dental costs from just £7 per month. It covers
everyday maintenance such as check-ups, x-rays, scale and polish, plus treatments such as crowns, bridges and fillings. Employees are free to visit both NHS or private dentists.

The joining age for this policy is from 18 years old up to 69. If you or anyone on your policy are aged 70 or over you will not be able to increase your level of cover.
Pre-existing conditions or treatment identifi ed in a qualifying period and cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry procedures are not covered.
