Malaysian Pharmaceuticals Leverage patent expiry cliff by pursuing generic opportunities
• It now covers beyond generics, OTC, supplements, biologics and vaccines. A number of MNCs have shown interest in manufacturing here. A national database on the Malaysian pharmaceutical market is jointly been developed by MOH and IMS Health
Healthcare Travel Re-invigoration through a seamless customer experience, proactive alliances and niche marketing
• The growth in terms of numbers and revenue has been about 150 % for the past 2 years from 2010. The average bill size has also increased and we have managed to shift to beyond Indonesia even though Indonesia will continue to be the largest market.

Diagnostic Services Nexus (DSN) Create a scale of domestic teleradiology service for in-sourcing internationally
• This EPP faced a lot of challenges in management and implementation, getting the right cost model, technology and with enough full time radiologists.
Health Metropolis at University Malaya Developing a health metropolis : A world-class campus for healthcare and bioscience
