OBSERVATIONSThe mobile walk and talk is an effective
style when you get comfortable executing
it. It creates interest and variety while
bringing people into your scene. Josh also
talks about the way he’s greeted by buyer
leads he’s been nurturing with video - he
becomes what we call “Internet famous in
your own sphere of influence.” That’s one
of the great powers of video - especially
while so few people are effectively using it.

QUICK LESSONS• Time blocking periods to record and send one-to-one videos to follow up with people
who’ve not yet converted takes you beyond plain text, lets them know you really want to
connect, and ultimately produces more clients and closings.
• Producing useful content to send on a monthly or semi-monthly basis helps you stay in

one twice, especially if you’re in real estate. Kelly’s
background in television news obviously serves her
well - this video is well structured and edited with great
use of “pops” of sound and cover shots to illustrate her
story. Her “Reels” series appears in YouTube and in her
website - but she also sends it through BombBomb.
We tell her exactly who is watching - not just how many.
And even though she has the skills and workflow to
produce some of the best videos in real estate, she
takes care to send simple one-to-one videos in a fixed
time block every Monday.
