I use anatomical pictures for demonstrative evidence. For example, in this one, I could show the blood flow through the heart. I could add a clot and show how it damages a certain area of the cardiac muscle. Or, if there were trauma to the heart from a slip during surgery, etc. that could be demonstrated on this drawing.
