We’ve accomplished a lot it seems like but still find new things every month and learn new things about the community and the way it operates. We are a large community with over 1200 homes now, miles and miles of road, walls and fences, 100’s of sprinklers, controllers and lots of other facilities to maintain. is board has worked to maintain the facilities and infrastructure we have, improve them where we can based on prioritization and try to plan for the future of the community. We’ve also worked to try, as best we can, to create consistency throughout the community, our facilities, landscaping, etc. Included in this newsleer is a list of projects completed in the past few months for everyone’s awareness. Many of them are things I’m sure you have noticed. Others you might not have. Our Annual HOA meeting is April 18 at 7:00 pm. You should receive this newsleer prior to the meeting. Please join us if you can. We’ll review our annual financials, talk about the work accomplished over the last year, elect two board members for two-year terms. If you can’t join us please send (or give someone your proxy). We have also implemented online voting this year to allow homeowners an easy way to cast their vote or provide their proxy for quorum. We have to get to the 20% quorum for it to be a valid annual meeting, so please help us get to that. e next newsleer will announce the new board and any changes to meeting days/times they’ve decided to make, along with a tentative plan for the year. Serving on the board is a lot of work, and I would like to thank all our board members for their time and service. As always, if you have questions on anything related to the community contract Spectrum at (210) 494-0659 or contact@ spectrumam.com.

THANK YOU Back in January a family in the Heights had a devastating fire and loss of their home We would like to thank all of you our generous and caring families for aiding this family in their time of need With your help Colleen Douglas (neighbor) collected over 35 gift cards that were given to the family to use for clothes and emergency supplies What wonderful news to see our community helping one another

We also offered residents to bring their worn or tattered flags to the guard houses so that our local boy scouts troop could retire them properly We collected 52 flags Thank you

ANNUAL HEIGHTS AT STONE OAK BOARD MEETINGOur yearly meeting at Canyon Springs Golf Club will take place on April 18 at 700pm At this meeting 2 of our 5 board member positions will be open If you cannot attend the meeting please provide your proxy vote to a trusted neighbor or board member before the meeting Look for the proxy vote paperwork in snail mail from spectrum

RENEW YOUR POOL ACCESS CARD The Board made a decision as part of a security audit to wipe clean all pool access cards We were made aware that several pool cards were still active for non-residents The system hasnrsquot been cleared in at least 5 years The only way to correct this is to wipe all cards clean and begin again You will continue to use your current pool card it only needs to be updated in the system there is no fee associated with this update However if you have lost your original pool card you will need to purchase a new one if you want access to the pooltennis courts

Here is what you need to do to update your pool card in the system (you only need to do one of these options) You will need your current pool card to complete the form

1 Go to Spectrum and complete the form (bring your current pool card with you)or2 Complete the form online through your spectrum accountor3 Follow the link in the email sent by spectrum to complete the form

There will be an email regarding this sent to all residents with a link and specific instructions

This process begins on March 26 pool is scheduled to open on April 1
