Heliport Procedures

Deliveries:

We will not accept any deliveries made directly to the heliport without prior notice from the APC Logistics Coordinator or acting Person on duty. All personnel and deliveries for the heliports should go through our APC Logistics Coordinator or acting Person on duty.

Deliveries that arrive without prior notice must be refused and directed to the APC Logistics Coordinator or acting Person on duty.

Deliveries must have proper paper work and follow our delivery guidelines.

Personal packages can be received but must follow our delivery guidelines, but do not have to have paper work. These packages must be opened and the contents displayed to the APC Logistics Coordinator or acting Person on duty.

All rigs and APC facilities having packages delivered to the heliport must submit a Notice of Package Delivery Form from the rig or facility requesting the delivery.

All packages must be added to our helicopter passenger/cargo manifest.

Suspicious Cargo:

Suspicious Cargo must not be accepted and must be reported to the APC Logistics Coordinator or acting Person on duty, who will notify APCs Corporate Security.

Note:No packages will be turned around without first checking with the APC Logistics Coordinator or his designate that handle the daily flight operations.
